Talk about making mistakes and how it helped you, or how you got help from other students in the group.
Talk about your favorite module.
What module do you recommend someone start with if they can only buy one?
What do you love about learning from Susan?
Why did you decide to learn metalsmithing?
Talk about the inexpensive, portable setup, and that you don't need expensive tools.
REELS
Reels are reaching so many more people than regular posts. Here are some ideas of reels to post to promote the course:
Show over-the-shoulder view of you soldering something. 15-30 sec
Do a video close-up of pieces you've created.
Do a table-scan.
Show your collection of cabs/stones for future pieces.
Show yourself with your magnifiers/optivisors (flip them up and down, or make a face, or do a thumbs up, some sort of action).
If you have children or grandchildren, ask them to help you create reels. Ask them what you should do and ask them to be in the reel with you or to create the reel for you. You know how much they love to give us their opinions.
